Yet another wonderful repair!
This is the fourth time Gary has "done the job" - 1st time, he spent hours trying to fix a pump (to save US money!) before replacing it; 2nd time, replacing a thermocouple on the boiler (he had a spare one!), 3rd time (different, not central heating) replacing a toilet unit (that suddenly cracked), and lastly came to "fix" a pilot light failure - that wasn't - then fixed a new central heating controller that (MY installation) that was not working. Gary has come up every time and worked far beyond what you could expected, I can't thank him enough and recommend him totally.Job location: M3310 Central Heating

Boiler repair - diagnosis and Printed Circuit Board replacement
Can't recommend Gary highly enough! We called him after being messed about and let down by a large plumbing firm, who misdiagnosed the issue over Christmas, faffed about then disappeared. After messaging Gary in the evening, he was here before lunch the next day. He was able to correctly diagnose the issue and help us find the part we needed cheaply and to arrive the next day. After fitting the part the next day, he even sorted our water pressure and got all our radiators working properly. Amazing service. Gas boiler repair
Outstanding - visited within 30 minutes of me calling, fixed my boiler in less than 40 mins and stuck around to make sure it was working properly. We had no hot water and error codes on the boiler, resetting it didn't work.
Amazing service. Contacted Gary in the evening with our boiler problems and he arranged to come and see us first thing the following morning. He spotted the issue and fixed it there and then. Frozen condenser pipe on our gas boiler left us without heating / hot water
A different company let us down massively telling us they could not send engineer until 4th January 2023 after originally promising one on the 16th December the day after we booked online. Googled gas boiler engineers in Stretford - Gary was first on the list and replied to my phone call on Friday evening at 16:44 at 16:51. Asked me to send pic of boiler pipes via text - replied and instructed me to see if I could disconnect condenser pipe - could not as it was glued.
