I was impressed with the way Gareth went about his work. He went up on the roof to check out what needed to be done before giving a price. He sent pictures of the problem before he started. Then he sent pictures during and after the work so you can see what he is doing/has done. The price was very fair, he did the work when he said he would. I will use Gareth again for any roof work needed.

Full explanation and quote given prior to work being carried out, no hard sales pitch. Polite and courteous in all communications and detailed information provided throughout whole task. Would recommend without hesitation.

Gareth is honest, reliable, a great tradesman and fairly priced. I have used him on a few occasions for very difficult jobs. I recommended him to friends who all share the same experience of his company. I would not use anyone else now. Cannot recommend his company enough.

Fantastic service from GH Rubber Roofing & Property Maintenance. He assessed the damage thoroughly, provided a detailed video, and explained everything clearly. Unlike a previous roofer who quoted £2,400 without evidence, they gave an honest assessment and only did necessary repairs—saving me a lot of money. The work, including underfelt replacement, lead refixing, and making the area watertight, was done with great care and precision. Communication was excellent, transparent- video and photos on completion of the work. Highly recommend for their honesty, quality, and professionalism!

Gareth done a superb job. After having a couple of previous quotes and being told we needed a whole new roof by one, we were recommended to Gareth by a friend. For a start his communication was superb from first contact. He arrived on time to have a look and knew exactly what the issue was. We felt very comfortable with him and knew he was the person for the job. When doing the job, he kept us up-to date, took photos and even sorted out the insulation in that was left a mess previously. We would recommend Gareth to anyone looking for a honest and reliable tradesman. Great job throughout!
