Diagnosing & repairing optimiser and replacing cables which had been damaged by squirrels on the roo

Very impressed with Giant Solar staff and service from first contact to completion. They have been helpful and informative. Highly professional. Nayeem completed initial diagnostic visit confirming internal system intact but problem was on the roof. Ray provided a quote including scaffolding. Nayeem & Ray completed the external work within a day checking all panels on front and rear of roof. They removed a squirrel nest, repaired cabling and sorted a faulty optimiser. They got system generating again & cleaned up. They explained everything clearly. The support team were responsive to any queries & relayed messages to engineers. Ray also expedited removal of the scaffolding as we were going away that weekend. I highly recommend this company for their excellent communication skills, honesty, technical expertise and overall customer service

  Solar Panel Installation

  Posted 02 October

Replacement and reinstallation of solar panels alongside a full roof replacement.

Giant Solar did a fantastic job replacing the solar panels on our property while we were having the roof replaced. Ray took the time to understand exactly what we needed, talked us through the different options, and gave us honest advice about retaining our existing inverter rather than replacing things unnecessarily. Despite it being a fairly last-minute request, they worked around our schedule, which was hugely appreciated. Ray was knowledgeable, straightforward and trustworthy throughout, and we felt confident we were getting the right solution rather than simply being sold the most expensive option. The new installation looks fantastic, the workmanship is very professional, and all at a great price. Would happily recommend Giant Solar!

  SAFE REIABLEM SOLAR SERVICE

Superb service in every way by GIANT SOLAR LTD. completed the job, replacing the Solar Battery and Inverter which had failed and not been replaced under warranty by a company called "CLEVER ENERGY" These had left us high and dry saying the suppliers of the equipment were now not in business. The app.had failed and they did not follow this up to complete a service on the battery befor it failed. After 18 months we finally found GIANT SOLAR LTD. who saved the day!! WELL DONE GUYS!!

Replaced a broken tile under solar panel

It was a tricky job as the broken tile was right under a solar panel, but the team did a brilliant job. Removing the panels and replaced the tile and putting back, reconnecting the panels. Thanks to Giant solar team. Job well done.

  Flawless Hanchu Battery expansion

We recently expanded our solar array by adding more Hanchu storage batteries, and the experience was exceptional. Dealing directly with Ray made the entire process incredibly straightforward. He provided expert, honest advice on our projekct with zero pressure. The installation guy integrated the batteries into our existing system, adding much needed 'earthing' that the oroginal installers had missed, leaving everything completely clean and tidy. The system is performing brilliantly. If you are upgrading your home energy storage, ask for Ray
