My request was answered within an hour and a heating engineer visited the same day. As I suspected, the pump was on the way out. Jack adjusted the pressure in the system which helped until a new pump could be fitted, having gone through my options. I asked that in addition to replacing the pump that they quoted to update the radiator thermostats, and fit Hive controls, having recently moved in. The actual plumbing work was carried out quickly, efficiently and with care to my carpets. The Hive installation caused some problems but an electrician was sent in. Problem solved.

Tom was fantastic to deal with. Very friendly and knowledgeable and easily identified the issue. Sent his team in to carry out the work the same day. Very satisfied with both the speed in arranging and the work carried out. Would highly recommend this company

I went on check a trade last night because my mums kitchen boiler was leaking I received a call within 10 minutes of posting it which was amazing Jack came to my mums house this morning went and got the parts that was needed and carried out the repair Amazing company really nice guy he kept me informed and I was extremely happy with the cost definitely a good reputable company I will use them agsin

I worked with several boiler engineers for business but this time work with Tom for my house’s boiler installation. Him and his colleague were deliver absolutely spot on service. In short notice he did his best to install new boiler and kept us warm in freezing winter start.

Excellent independent business - very responsive, fast and efficient work , cleaned up their own mess - so good I used them again on a new job at home which was also brilliant - highly recommended
