3 Moving job from hell

Job location: NE8Avoid Gilesgate Removals at all costs. I asked clearly for a full service — pack, move and unpack — including dismantling a TV and studio equipment. If they didn’t offer that, my request should have been dismissed as unacceptable. It wasn’t. They took the job, then turned up and denied what had been agreed, leaving half the work undone and trying to make it my fault. Even worse, instead of sending “men and vans” as advertised, one man arrived… with a child to do the work. Unprofessional, unsafe, and utterly inappropriate. Appalling service, zero accountability. Job location: NE5We contacted Gilesgate at short notice for a home move. They could accommodate our moving date. Two vans turned up on time, they we amazing and made the home move run as smoothly as possible. Very reasonably priced aswel. I would definitely use them again.10 Amazing service.
