Jon laid a black limestone patio for us in March/April 23.The materials he used on the slabs i.E brick acid severally damaged the tiles and we have had to pay over £1000 for a specialist company to diamond cut them. Jon said he would make a claim under his insurance to pay us back as he didn’t have the money,I last asked for an update on 20/06 but I still have not had a reply. Some remedial work also needs doing for example, several slabs are already loose and some uneven, a large area of the grout was a “bad” mix which crumbled out,a grinder is needed to cut it out and the grout replaced

Mr Gillespie and his team carried out the work in a clean and effiicient manner and the work was completed to a good standard within the time frame given, would recommend.

Jonathon arrived on time, he was polite, professional and tidy. Driveway was completed to a very high standard at a very competitive rate. Will be using again for future groundworks planned at my property

Nothing but praise for Gillespie Building. Jonjo gave me a really reasonable quote for the removal of my old patio and installation of a new one. Very friendly, hard working and used good quality materials even helping me choose some pavers based on the look I was after. Delighted with the results, bang on time and the garden was left spotless. Will be using Jonjo again for any future improvements that I have planned and highly recommend to anyone.
