Replacement Combi Boiler
We have used Ian previously on a couple of occasions to resolve problems we had experienced with our ageing Alpha Combi Boiler. Having decided that it was becoming more trouble than it was worth we asked Ian for a price to supply a 30Kw Ideal Instinct Combi Boiler, Flue, Filter and Timer. After a little prompting we received the Quotation and accepted it. Ian attended a few weeks later and completed the work inside of 7 hours. We are very satisfied with the new boiler installation, the peace of mind it has given us and hope it will last for years to come. Gas safety check and gas boiler service
Ian was fantastic. He came to complete 2x gas safety checks and service my gas boiler in my new house. He could tell it hadn’t been serviced in years, as there was a massive build up inside the boiler. Not a problem for Ian though, he thoroughly cleaned it out without hesitation and it’s running perfectly now. Gas pipe cap off.
Ian was great, I had asked for him to cap 1 pipe off for a fire place in the living room. He ended up identifying a second pipe that hadn't been disconnected properly and sorted that too. He was quick and explained everything as he went so as to show me what he was doing. When leaving, he advised on some other issues too. Leaking boiler

Boiler stopped working
I messaged Ian on the 23rd December regarding my boiler not working. It was showing a fault code and I had no heating or hot water. He messaged back straight away and arranged to come and look at my boiler the next morning at 8:30, Xmas Eve. Ian fixed my boiler there and then, it needed a part replacing which he did for me.
