Michael phoned the very next day after my checkatrade request. He was able to offer a time slot and price that were both really good and he arrived on time and completed the works to exactly the cost quoted. He also took the fridge freezer out onto the street for my elderly mother in law ready for the council to collect. Very pleased. Mother in law very pleased - we can’t comment on work and tidiness as we weren’t there but she is hard to please so must be good!

Excellent customer service from first contact to job completion. All enquiries answered promptly. On site visit discussed requirements and Michael advised on best solutions to our questions. A quotation was promptly received. All work carried out was of an excellent standard and respectful of our home. Ginjo were so good that we have asked them to carry out further works on our home renovation project. Overall, were are delighted with all work, we will continue to use Ginjo for any future works and are highly recommended by us.
