  Demolish 2 chimney breasts, plastering and laying new sub floor

  Having had a number of tradespeople in our property over the years I can honestly say, hands down that Jack and his team are by far the best!! Great communication, friendly, conscientious and incredibly skilled. You won't find a better team. We feel so luck to have found the guys at GJ Kelly, no need to ever look for another contractor again.

  Repair to garden wall

  Jack recently repaired a dividing garden wall in his usual professional and polite manner and we are 100% happy with the job he did. We have only needed to use GJ Kelly Ltd for several small jobs over the last couple of years but have always found them to be extremely helpful and reliable and will have no hesitation in using them for any building job, small or large, in the future. Thanks again Jack, your willingness to advise and help is much appreciated.

  Side/Back Extention and Loft Conversion, New Roof, New Boiler, New Shed. - A lot of money spent

  - No response from contractor when requested: warranties for windows/roof, mastic work not completed and was offered refund for this but no reply. - crevasse In dining room, walls bubbling In downstairs bathroom. - balancing not completed when heating installed, therefore not getting warm enough. - leaks at most stages of plumbing. - some finishings not completed to a high standard. - Initially happy, but due to the way things ended very dissapointed. - still awaiting responses. - due to limited characters cannot elabourate further within this review. - upset could not be resolved.

  Garden Office Extension

  Jack and his team were exceptional from before the project began to well after it finished. It was our first time having any significant building work and Jack explained everything thoroughly throughout. He consistently gave us clear options, updated us throughout the works daily and the end product was everything we hoped for and more. So much so, we're now working with Jack and his team again for our double rear storey extension next!

  Quality job from kind people

  The team were polite, efficient, tidy and did a cracking job. They adapted well to surprise conditions and talked us through options well. We felt confident in their decisions. They worked hard to keep the costs down and worked late.

  Design and build seven steps from conservatory to garden (brick/paving slabs)

  A big thank you to Jack and Gerry for works carried out to the back of our bungalow. We waited a long time to find the perfect building company and are so glad we decided to go with G J Kelly. They were on time, very polite, friendly, extremely hard working and left everything clean and tidy. It was a pleasure having them here with us. 100% recommend and definitely have them back if anything else needs doing. So happy with my new steps. “Simply the best”??
