Gary came out to replace a damaged Thermostatic Radiator Valve for me. He quoted a fair price and was able to get out to me quickly. He kept me updated through every stage, from getting a quote to getting an appointment booked n, and despite the job being a bit more complex than originally thought, still quoted the same price. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gary.

Gary investigated fully and solved the toilet flush problem and although he had to find parts and return it showed determination to resolve the issue as well as being a very reasonable price considering the extent of the fault.
