  Rising Damp...

  Gavin came promptly to survey the problems we were having with damp. He diagnosed penetrating and rising damp in three rooms. Gavin gave us a prompt estimate and on the strength of that and his Check-a-Trade rating, we asked him to carry out the necessary work. He emailed us the week before works were scheduled and started the job on time. The work took the scheduled amount of time, was carried out to a high degree of workmanship and he left the site clean, tidy with all debris removed. We would have no hesitation in recommending him for plastering and damp proofing works.

  Damp proofing work on rising damp

  Gavin visited to advise and quote on a rising damp problem in our kitchen. He quickly identified the problems and solutions and was prompt in quoting. He completed the work required over two days, quite a messy job involving removing the interior plaster and redoing it once the damp measures were installed. We were very impressed with Gavin’s work, all appears finished to a high standard and he tidied and cleaned up really well. He is also very pleasant and courteous, explains everything very well, answered all our questions and replies quickly to messages. Would very highly recommend Gavin!

  Whole house damp proofing

  Gavin carried out an initial damp survey on my property prior to me purchasing. Once I was in, I booked him to carry out the damp proofing which needed doing in three rooms and an entrance way, as well as two chimneys. Gavin was prompt, skilled, friendly, hard working and honest. I would highly recommend him!

  Damp inspection and damp proofing

  Great service from start to finish. Gavin was friendly and reliable from my very first phone call. He turned up on time to complete an initial damp inspection and was prompt with his report. He started the work on the scheduled date and tidied up after himself at the end of every day. Communication was great prior to and throughout the completion of the work which was carried out to a very high standard. I would definitely recommend.
