Very efficient and communication was great, he gave me a 30-40min heads up for arrival time (much better than an am/pm window) and very responsive to text and email. Grant has made a great job these two extensions, and despite the weather he continued to work, so much so we ended up nicknaming him the Rain Man, as it always rained when he came to undertake the Brickwork, but despite the weather he worked through it.
