  Complete refurbishment of cloakroom

  I am very, very pleased with the work carried out, the guys checked and checked again all measurements so NOTHING was botched or made to fit, the level of work was excellent. The guys worked very hard, they were very pleasant, amiable and polite. Also they did a good job of clearing up when they had finished. I would recommend this firm, in fact I am getting ready for my next project using them.

  Sorting out some radiators that were not working or leaking, plus hot water.

  Gavin turned up on time, was really helpful and took time to explain how the slightly quirky heating and hot water system worked. Within half an hour he’d got all the radiators in the house working and gave me a clear explanation of how to keep things running smoothly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Gavin and the team to anyone, really nice to have someone reliable locally. Thank you!

  Shower not working

  Contacted Gavin by phone around lunchtime on the Thursday and he came to me after work to see if he could fix my shower. Unfortunately at 15 years old is was beyond fixing. We discussed the alternatives. Gavin left promising to have a look for a suitable shower that would fit the imprint of existing one as I didn't have the money to redo the tiling. I accepted the reasonable quote the next day and Gavin fitted it after his Monday job. He is personable, efficient and tidy. I would 100% recommend his company. Shower looks great

  Replacement of boiler, hot water cylinder and thermostat

  Gavin replaced a very old boiler and hot water system. Friendly and polite throughout, with excellent communication through the process, and a very tidy job. I have no hesitation in recommending him.
