Everyone i had contact with were kind, proffesionel and knowledgeable. Paperwork was clear and detailed and a quote was sent to me within days of Alex being on site. Communication was great, they gave clear estimated timelines and if anything changed they let me know. They were in the higher bracket of the quotes we got, but it was well worth it. The finished job looks amazing. If i ever need more work done, i'd be more than happy to hire them again.

Came to look at our Velux window that stopped working on electircs. It was a simple fix, and Alex very kindly demonstrated what he did in case it happened again and didnt even charge us. Very kind and friendly man, exellent service.

We had our soffits and guttering replaced, there was a two day delay because of bad weather very understandable. James and Sean carried out the repair and replacement Worked hard only stopped for a 15 minute lunch break and got the job done in two days. Very respectful and tidy in their work each day and on completion the drive and garden was immaculate, the two lads are a credit to the company a very pleased customer I would use G J Smith for any roofing problems in the future.

GJS carried out a gutter replacement for us. Although a small job,their performance from start to finish was first class.They always did what they said,sorted out any issues promptly and everyone involved from initial estimate,project management and office matters were excellent.
