Awful. Been trying to contact them and they blocked us

Laid a patio
We were very happy with the service received from Gladstone. They came out straight away for a estimate and started work within the week. We love our new patio and they left everything clean and took care not to damage our grass. Disappointed
I got the quote all good. I agreed amount with insurance company and then called Gladstone to confirm job and arrange date. They said they wanted half £5000 up front , I said I’d give £1500 to confirm job then the rest 1week before the start and the rest upon completion. I spoke to Gladstone on Friday he said he’d check diary and call me back. Today is Tuesday 1630 I’ve emailed called many many times they seem to of disappeared. Exterior Painting - 5 bed `1930s semi detached
John, Patrick and the team did a great job. Work was done on time and for the price quoted. Thanks again. Scope of Works; 1. Clean paint off brickwork 2. Clean down soffit, fascia and rainwater pipes 3. Prep and paint external roof timber to front of house, 4. 2 coats white external grade paint to house and extension 5. Prep porch woodwork inside and out, 2 coats white paint 6. Paint flashing, fascia and rainwater pipes 7. Paint windows in rear extension 8. Repair broken roof tiles 9. Replacing roof tiles and ridge tiles

Driveway
Fantastic work! John, Patrick and his team recently helped us correct our driveway, they are very professional, knowledgeable and friendly and gave us great ideas and advice on what to do and how to maintain it.
