Repair wall and replace coping stones

We’re extremely pleased with the work carried out on our wall and the whole experience from start to finish. His communication was spot on: he clearly explained what needed to be done, agreed a firm start date and kept us updated as the work progressed. He took the time to listen and understand our requirements, which gave us confidence that we were in good hands. The work involved taking down and rebuilding sections of brickwork, repointing parts of the wall and installing new coping stones. He was also able to reuse some of our existing coping stones, something we really appreciated. It showed that he had listened to what we wanted and put thought and care into how the work was carried out. The standard of craftsmanship was excellent, and we’re delighted with the finished result. He was very pleasant to deal with, considerate of our home and left the work area spotless. He even brought our bin in on bin day—a small gesture, but one that says a lot about his thoughtfulness and respect for the people he works for. We would happily recommend him to others, and he would certainly be our first choice should we need any further work.

Liam was fantastic. He contacted me very quickly and came to quote for the work a few days later and started work within 2 weeks. The works was being conducted for someone that was Deafblind and Liam went the extra mile to accommodate all of the requests we had and the timings to visit to complete the work.
