Reliable, Professional and Excellent Service
I’ve used John at Glass Change on several occasions now and would thoroughly recommend both him and the company. He has replaced double-glazed panels for me and also repaired a window that had become jammed shut. He is always prompt in responding, punctual for appointments, and very respectful of the house, leaving everything clean and tidy once the work is completed. What is low-E glass and how does it work?
Thermally insulating glass (also known as low-emissivity or low-E glass) usually forms the inner pane of an insulated glass unit (IGU). The glass has a transparent metallic coating that reflects heat from radiators back into the room, rather than allowing it to escape through the windows.
