Wrong splashback fitted. It shattered on removal, leaving glass and damage. Owner scratched my new worktop, then blamed me. £17k kitchen left damaged. Poor handling throughout. Partial fix attempted. Only part resolution offered as balance was withheld

Glass Inspirations provided amazing service along with a great product. The two gentlemen who came to install were professional and paid great attention to detail. There was a small mark on one of the glass panels, and they replaced it without us even needing to complain. Very impressive guys —we will definitely reach out to you for our windows and patio doors when we do our extension.

Prompt reply from Kirsty to initial web enquiry. She promptly quoted based on my measurements & photos. Visited showroom where Kirsty was very helpful & gave great advice. I took away samples & placed order after Brad & Josh had been to measure. Splashbacks fitted by Josh and Jez within 6 weeks of my enquiry. Very happy with colour choice & finish with the rainbow sparkles. Kirsty was available by phone or email throughout the process. Excellent service from Glass Inspirations who were competitively priced & have been a joy to deal with. I then recommended to my dad who placed an order.

Great from start to finish. Being able to have our chosen F&B paint for the splashbacks was perfect and the shower screen in the loft with an angled ceiling is superb. Thank you so much!!
