    Excellent customer service and quality

    We contacted 3 companies for prices on new composite front and rear doors from Solidor. Glasstec were the first to respond and were competitively priced. From the first contact with Alan in sales to the handover from Brian, the installer, we received fantastic customer service and an excellent installation, which was very tidy. We would recommend based on our experience.

    If Carlsberg did window fitters ...

    We recently had windows installed and couldn’t be happier with the service we received. The team were professional, polite, and a pleasure to have in our home. The workmanship was absolutely fantastic, and the quality of the installation exceeded our expectations. The fitters took great pride in their work and paid close attention to every detail. They were also incredibly neat and tidy throughout the job, leaving everything spotless when they finished. It’s rare to find a company that combines such high standards of workmanship with excellent customer service.

    Excellent door fitting

    Great service from glasstec from ordering to install. Staff very friendly and I appreciated the opportunity to see door fittings in person before finalising order. Installer was very friendly and importantly fitted the door with no air gaps (unlike my original developer fitted door). So all good!

    Six new windows

    We have used Glasstec several times over the years and always been very happy with the service, quality and competitive prices. Most recently we had six new windows installed by Gary which we're really pleased with. He is clearly very experienced and very tidy and professional. They are our go to company for windows and doors

    Excellent long term service

    Key broke while inside the lock. They came out to see if they could fix it, which was not possible. The came around the following week and installed a new lock. Costs £0. All part of the service
