I used Glaze-fix previously to fit some new PVC casement windows. They did a great job so I booked them again to come and fix some window/door locks that weren't working and causing a security issue. They came quickly, explained the issues and fixed the problems. Knowledgeable, professional, friendly and great value for money. I can't rate them highly enough.

Excellent from start to finish, all dealings were excellent and fitting was perfect too. Great to deal with and cannot rate highly enough. Would recommend and use again.

Purchased new microchip cat flap, existing cutout too large, required new UPVC door panel and fitting cat flap. Glaze-fix (Mason) and colleague arrived removed existing panel, replaced, fitted new cat flap…..clean tidy and efficient.Recommend….

I was recommended Auto Glaze by my parents, who spoke highly of their service. Having just moved into my first home on my own, I wanted to ensure my locks and windows were secure. The team who assessed everything were incredibly informative and helpful. The reception team are so kind and accommodating, helping me arrange a date that worked around my full-time job. On the day, Matt—who had also been at the survey —came and swiftly fixed everything perfectly. The whole team was professional, polite, and efficient. Fantastic service from start to finish—couldn’t ask for anything more!

Gents were super knowledgeable and professional. We had a pleasure of having them to do the repairs. They were ethical with their advice on the repairs and didn’t advise we should replace them, but repair them. Thanks a lot guys. We will be reaching out then in the future should there be any repairs etc.
