I was very disappointed with a recent enquiry for secondary glazing for my bedroom windows with this company. Before confirming a date for completion and seeing the actual product that is to be fitted to my windows, this company required half the cost of the windows. I refused to sign and part with £1,000 without a firm commitment from them and an opportunity to see what they will be fitting to my windows. I received an abrupt email saying they did not want to go ahead with the fitting unless I conform to their conditions. What a way to run a business!
