Highly recommend GlazingAid! Mark did a fantastic job installing 19 energy - regulated Low-E compliant glass units with trickle vents and maintenance work . I was charged £200 to repair a single hinge, but the work was done poorly and created a serious security issue. The repair left the door able to be opened from the outside without a key because a shorter spindle was fitted incorrectly, leaving the outside handle spinning freely. Just two days later the door failed again. When I contacted him, instead of fixing the problem immediately, I was told he could come back within the next two weeks to correct the issue he had caused. Mark at Glazing Aid was first person to reply to my request. He came round to price up even though it was only a small job. Quoted me straight away which I accepted and came back round within a week. Clean and tidy, removed 22 shoes without being asked to and the cost of the work was extremely competitive.
