Good communication, job was done to a good standard.

Good job

I hired a company to install a solar conversion kit for my Velux window and shared a detailed video beforehand to ensure they understood the task. We agreed on a price and set a date, but when the technicians arrived, they seemed unprepared and unfamiliar with the job. They asked unrelated questions about a "battery installation," despite the clear instructions provided. It was clear they lacked the knowledge to complete the work. To make matters worse, they then attempted to double the agreed price, as if the job was more complex than anticipated. Unprepared and overpriced, so we cancelled.

Our door was damaged by flooding from the upstairs neighbour - we couldn't get out or in! The team fixed the issue swiftly, trimming the door and making sure it worked properly. They were very friendly, quick and quoted a good price, too.

Don’t bother.. totally unreliable. Arranged to come over to quote, didn’t show even though contacted twice to confirm would turn up Waste of time

Very disappointing. Arranged a visit the previous week at a cost of at least £70 to quote for and hopefully do the work on the same visit. They didn't turn up and forgot about the appointment. They tried to rearrange the meeting for the next day which was not possible. The operative I spoke to said that his English was not good. I ended business arrangements with them based on their poor customer relationship.
