  Replace 18 x glazing units on behalf of Persimmon Homes.

  Glazing Solutions Scotland Ltd replaced 18 x windows in my property on behalf of Persimmon Homes. Some of the glazing they installed is scratched, some of the beads have been damaged but most concerning is I now have a burst frame on my bedroom window in three places. The Managing Director, Ross Hardie, has accepted responsibility for this damage but has taken no action to address the matter. The photos speak for themselves. Would you accept workmanship of this quality in your home?

  Installing a set of new patio and French doors.

  Our Patio doors were fitted last year and the French doors were fitted in July 2021. We are delighted with both sets of doors. The service and workmanship were both of an extremely hight standard and I could not recommend this company highly enough.

  Full house replacement of windows

  Excellent service from start to finish. Spoke with Shirley by phone who arranged very knowledgeable sales person (Bobby) to visit. Discussed options with best design and price. Window fitters (Jock and George) were polite, pleasant, efficient and very tidy workers. Minimal damage on removal of old windows...high quality finish on new ones...a job well done. Quality materials and excellent finish on u-PVC used. All rubbish removed from site. Also I am assured of follow up visits if I experience any problems in the future. Work completed on time and certainly value for money.

  Two bedroom windows were replaced

  Excellent service from start to finish. Bobby turned up on time for the original visit. He provided the quote quickly and also advised that the actual fitting may not be possible until October due to current workload. He said he would try to pull our date forward if possible and 2 weeks ago he phoned to say the windows could be fitted on the 28th August so we were pleased. George was our window fitter and he worked hard a meticulously to fit both windows in less than a day. We are very pleased with the whole process and have asked for a quote for the windows on the front of our house. Thank u

  Replacement Windows

  A very professional job from the quote to the finished product.The fitters were great nothing I asked was a problem and left my home tidy,i am very pleased with my new windows.

  No call back

  Sent request via checkatrade for enquiry about installing a light tunnel. Was supposed to be contacted within 24 hours, 3 days later I’m still waiting.
