Excellent communication, quick service, quality install and thoroughly pleased with the service we have received.

Similar experience to others, paid a deposit, cancelled within the “7 day cooling off period” despite the law being 14 days. Had an email and call saying my deposit will be refunded, not heard a thing since! There’s no excuse to hold on to money that doesn’t belong to you. Currently taking Court action and urge anyone with a similar experience to contact Trading Standards.

The overall experience was great, they kept me informed and were clear and up front about everything. The time for the work to be completed was also much quicker than I expected. When the work was carried out it was all completed in a single day, and the workers were efficient and left everything tidy.

Job date was cancelled twice due to various reasons, on the day of the Job supplies need to do job didn’t arrive till the afternoon then there were other numerous delays so a job that should of taken a couple of days lasted over a week but overall I’m pleased with the finished job just the delays that were not expected

Fitted new windows, changed the dates for the fitting last minute which delayed wider building work. They've fitted two of the windows the in the wrong rooms. Not worth the time and hassle getting them refitted but overall really annoying company to deal with - would not recommend
