Replacement windows and doors - incomplete
Replacement windows and doors NOT dormer/roof windows. 9 months from paying the initial deposit and despite paying each installment at time of asking, I have been left with no front door, no guarantee, no installation certificate, unresolved snagging. I am out of pocket and no longer able to contact the company. My communication has all been ghosted. I was very happy with the company and the work until being repeatedly delayed, pushed back, let down and recently discovering the extent of the lies that I have been told. Heartbroken and disillusioned.

Misted and leaking double glazing
My double glazing was leaking. Glazit came around and gave me a competitive estimate and came back to do the work. Tidy, courteous and reliable. I would recommend.

6 windows and new front door
We had glazit do some windows and a front door for us from start to finish was excellent we were kept updated throughout the process and the workmanship was top notch highly recommend glazit

New front door - paid but Not Done
Really upset about this. I paid Joe Glazit £900 for a front door , to pay the rest on completion. The door deposit £900 was ordered on 10th November 2023 and I was assured that it would be fitted before Christmas. I was constantly told the door was not made yet , even though the catalogue stated 5 days. By 19th December, despite promises of a new door before Christmas, I was told the door would not be ready until 5th Jan 24. I now want a refund. Would not recommend.

Unfortunately factory couldn’t make the bespoke 1 off door the customer ordered with specific items in her small time frame was given a fitting date but wasn’t good enough refund has been arranged before review given
