Our experience with Gleaming Touch was mixed. The first clean was very good, and we completely understood when one appointment had to be cancelled due to the hot weather. However, we were disappointed to then be told our regular service was being cancelled because they had taken on other work. As we had already cancelled our previous cleaner based on their commitment, this left us without any cover. While the cleaning quality was good, the reliability of the service did not meet our expectations.
