  I am so pleased with the work Sean has done . He has replaced an old fence and it looks fabulous! He was very happy to explain everything like how he would have to remove some low branches from a beautiful tree to do the job, ( which he did very sympathetically,) and took time to keep me in the loop about things . I would highly recommend him and his company for any future jobs . He guarantees his work 100%. He left my garden very tidy and cleaned up all his rubbish . Thank you Sean !

  Great, reliable tradesperson

  Sean was very easy to contact and quoted from pictures sent via Whatsapp. He completed the job in a timely manner and to a high standard - including tidying up after finishing the job - and did the job for a reasonable price. Very satisfied.

  Replacement Gate

  pressure wash hull of 70ft narrowboat

  Sean was very responsive from the beginning and after quoting remained in contacted so we could finalise things. On the day he turned up when he said and completed the job to my liking. All in all a good experience.

  Fitting a fence at the back of the garden

  I advertised on here, and Sean contacted me and organised a convenient time to come over and give me a quote. After discussing the quote with the wife I contacted Sean to arrange a date to carry out the work. I was contacted shortly afterwards to ask if I wanted the fence erected earlier than scheduled as he'd had a cancellation. I wasn't there on the day and I didn't see the problems faced by Sean and his team (apparently there was a couple of issues), but the end result is excellent. The fence looks great, and the area was left neat and tidy. Thank you

  Fence Replacement

  We’re absolutely delighted with the new fences Sean from Glendale Property Maintenance Ltd fitted for us. The job turned out to be far more complicated than planned, but Sean handled the changes brilliantly, thinking on the spot and delivering exactly what we needed. His workmanship, attention to detail, and problem-solving were outstanding. The fence looks fantastic and has transformed our garden.
