Work not guaranteed
Glenmead Property came to replace several tiles and install a backer board within my en-suite bathroom in July. Before the work had been carried out I was assured there would be a 12 month guarantee on the work. The tiles have come lose again and there is mould inside the grout where the tile work has been completed. I tried to contact them to come take a look on the old and new numbers however the texts are not delivering nor is the call connecting. Poor Customer Service

Downstairs renovation
