Glen was just superb! Phoned me within 5 mins of placing my Checkatrade job. He was local in Sunbury and was with me 10 mins later having picked up the part. We found a small puddle of water under the water tank in the loft on Sunday so I searched on CheckaTrade and found Glen Mumford as he had a huge number of positive reviews and was local. Glen immediately texted me and we arranged a time for hm to come around on Monday morning. He did, he found the cause of the leak, fixed it and knocked £10 off of his estimate. Happy days. I have used Glen from time to time when there is something out of the ordinary needed on my central heating system which British Gas can't do, e.G. Maintain the underfloor heating. Most recently I had a leak in the central heating system, which BG had failed to address, so I called Glen. Despite currently recovering from a minor op and hence being unable to attend, he very helpfully called me back a few times, asked for pics of components and gave advice and suggestions and the number of alternative specialists to help.
