10 General Plumbing Repairs & Improvements

I had several general plumbing repairs & improvements required, and Glenn was very patient in answering all my questions and offering invaluable advice on the best way forward. Emails were answered in a timely manner , and was kept informed at all times. Turned up on the day and got on with all the jobs, whilst continuing to offer advice. Took pride in looking after property with the use of mats, and tidied up throughout. Glenn was quick to communicate, clear, and very friendly. Work was completed to a professional standard and he clearly explained what had to happen and any changes. Very good communication, arrived when he said he would and finished within the time estimated it would take. The towel rail/radiator was installed perfectly level and works exactly as expected. Pricing was very reasonable and Glenn was very polite and answered all our questions about it. Left our bathroom clean and tidy. I’ve been involved in the plumbing trade now for over 40 years after having served my apprenticeship with my Dad in his business.
I enjoy the day to day challenges that come with the trade and pride myself in leaving well finished quality work, whether I’m carrying out a small repair or the complete re-plumb of a property.
I spend a good deal of my time on bathroom upgrades working alongside other trades and seeing the work through to completion. I like to think that there’s always an answer to most problems that arise while carrying out my work and always strive to give customer satisfaction, communicating any issues or problems along the way.
