Came 20 miles to save my dog and my holiday

Locked out of my car while camping, with my dog inside. This locksmith drove 20 miles to get to me, kept me updated throughout, and was determined to get us in. Prompt, professional, and kind. My car was left undamaged too. Can’t recommend enough!

  Door lock problem

i called George as we had problem locking our back door, he arranged to visit the same day, he was able to replace the whole locking mechanism immediately, I mentioned that our front door and french doors were sticking, Without any hesitation he sorted both of these doors as well for us. A throughly pleasant man who did an excellent job for us, I would absolutely recommend GL Locks to anyone that had a problems

  Incredible service and quality

can’t recommend George highly enough. From start to finish, his communication was excellent. He kept me fully informed about timings, explained how the job was progressing, and was always willing to consider alternative solutions when the original approach wasn’t possible. When he was unable to pick the lock, George replaced it with a brand new lock instead. He also noticed that the front door was scraping the floor, so he raised and adjusted it — something he didn’t charge me for. The door now closes better than it ever has. George was professional, friendly, reliable and clearly too

Fixed some UPVC doors that would not open or close properly

I highly recommend George to anyone having issues with UPVC doors sticking or warping and no longer locking or closing smoothly. We have had a number of issues with our doors since installation and in the warm weather one door got so warped it would no longer close. George came out the same day and fixed the door no problems and fixed a couple of other doors while he was here. He was also very respectful and pleasant to speak to. Very happy with his service!

  Advised. Resolved. Advised.

It was a smooth process from start to finish. I was given free informative and helpful advice about the potential issue with our Oxford U shaped Lock and when I couldn't handle it myself, George came out and got it open for us. Then provided recommendations on new locks.
