• Replacement/ mounting of wooden garage frontage

  A very large wooden ceiling support beam which had been rotted by a leaky roof. Beam had to be replaced, frontage and roof of garage replaced and made rainproof. Gary responded immediately to my call, assessed what was needed and provided a quote. The beam had to be ordered in from a specialist supplier. One received, Gary and his team started what we thought would be a complicated two day job. They finished in two hours, tidied everything and the garage is now dry and its frontage looks good. Overall this was an excellent experience and great service from a real professional.

• Valley Repair for a Semi Detached

  I recently hired Gary from GL Miller for some roof repairs, and I’m extremely pleased with the quality of their work. They chopped out the old sand and cement and replaced it with waterproof sand and cement, ensuring everything was done to a high standard. They also painted the valley with acropol solution and expertly re-dressed the lead flashing on the parapet wall. On top of that, they made sure to clear all the rubbish. The entire team was professional, efficient, and clearly took pride in their work. I'd highly recommend Gary for any roofing work.

• Exterior decorating

  Gary and Ricky did an excellent job in decorating the rear of our house. They removed all the flaking paint from the pebble dashing and applied stabiliser and then applied 2 coats of masonry paint. Very happy with their work which was carried out to a high standard and also very tidy. I would happily recommend Gary and also use him for other building work that we might require in the future

• Repair and reset roof tile

  We had our gutters cleaned and the workmen found a roof tile had slipped down into the gutter. They gave us a quote that included scaffolding and replacing the tile. Gary carried out a repair to the crack in the tile with glue and slid it back into position and glued it in place. This was the best and easiest option for a repair and should last for many years. It was also considerably cheaper than using scaffolding. Good job done thank you Gary.
