I had asked for the job to be done within a month. The work was carried out the next day and completed to my satisfaction. The rubbish was taken away and the site left clean and tidy.

We had a tile fall down which they came out and replaced the next day for the price quoted over the phone despite needing more materials to fix the issue than first thought. They explained the tile hadn't been secured properly when the roof was done and went to buy materials to ensure it stayed in place. They also advised the top tiles could do with repointing soon. They did not push for us to do this but just advised it needed doing soon and gave the price if we wanted it done. We decided to go ahead with this and they came a few days later and did the work. They were very polite, helpful, punctual and had good communication. Will definitely use them again when having a roofing issue.

Robert senior, Robert and Richard have done a good job clearing moss, replacing some tiles and replacing underfelt on a section of roof. Polite and responsive to requests and came when they said they would. Would recommend.
