Excellent work once again (we've been using Global Tree Care since 2022), highly efficient in terms of communication, work undertaken and tidying up afterwards. As well as being pleasant to deal with. Andy from Global Tree Care always responds quickly to any message, arranges a visit to assess work to be done then sends quote for cost. Sets a date to do the work and keeps to it, arrives punctually and attends to the the work as previously agreed. Very efficient and hard workers who tidy up on completion. We have used Global Tree Care Ltd on a number of occasions and, as before, they were prompt, courteous and worked in a professional manner to carry out work to our Lime tree which is over 60 feet tall. This included reducing the crown, raising the canopy at lower levels, removing all dead wood and chipping/removal of all debris. Andrew and Charlie worked in difficult weather conditions to complete the work and despite this they are always cheerful and dedicated to the job. Andrew has carried out work for me for some years. He always arrives punctually and clears up any debris when the job is completed. This job included the topping of a large pine and reshaping of the remaining remaining trunk leaving the tree with a natural shape.
