  There was great communication with Chris throughout this whole process and good advice given. They turned up on time, with no chasing, when they said they would. Both Chris and Shane carried out excellent work and we are very pleased with the result. There was a slight tweak that we requested after they had finished and this was not a problem, Chris was back within days. I would highly recommend them.

  Chris from Globe Heating is very friendly, very smooth process from booking the service and the actual service . The service record and invoice was sent through very quickly - the whole process from arrival to check to payment was managed within 30 minutes. Would highly recommend. 😊

  I cannot express how brilliant a job they do. They basically nearly replaced everything in my old boiler and it is like new. Plus a service. They are very knowledgeable, tidy working and polite. Totally recommend them.

  Domestic Boiler Replacement

  Chris responded quickly when I contacted him and was very helpful when visiting for a quote, answered all my questions and was forthcoming with useful extra information. He offered three quotes at different prices, and they were competitive with the others I received. On the day of the installation he arrived exactly when agreed, did the work very neatly and within 2.5 hours. He spent time talking through all the settings on the boiler and thermostat, explaining the warranty conditions, and how servicing would work. I’m impressed by his professionality and high standards, and will call again.
