Professional, punctual, and polite
Excellent experience. Great communication in the run-up to the appointment, punctual arrival, and a very polite and considerate engineer. shoes off at the door, friendly manner throughout. Very positive experience
Chris and Shane fitted a new Baxi boiler for us today. Arrived on time, removed the old one and had the new one fitted and up and running in no time. They are efficient, competent and tidy, and have fun as they work. A pleasure as always, I thoroughly recommend them-I have used them several times for all sorts of jobs from servicing to major work and never had any problems at all.
