Lock fitting on external doors
Gary came over very promptly, advised on best options, didn't try to sell a solution that wasn't appropriate, and gave his honest opinion that no work was possible at a reasonable cost. Have worked with him before, recommend very highly.

New Locks needed ASAP....
As a result of the strength of the reviews, I rang Gary to sort out two locks in a new property. Both his speed of response, and the quality of his workmanship, definitely matched the reviews that I'd read. Not only did he do a fantastic job of replacing both locks that day but, as the door hinge of the older of the two locks broke upon being opened for the first time in clearly years, Gary went out and bought a new one and fitted it straightaway as 'all part of the service' as he described it! Amazing service, really nice chap, and absolutely worth every penny. Many thanks again Gary:-)

Servicing/replacement of locks in garage
Gary was great - he responded very quickly and was polite and informative. Talked me through the options and quotes, and then had all the work done (and dusted) in under an hour. Would definitely recommend.

Repairing a lock where the bolt did not retract correctly
The person arrived on time and was very pleasant and helpful. The work was done very swiftly as the fault turned out to be minor and no spare parts were required. As such, the charge was only the call out charge which is fair. As part of the service, the person told me what to look out for if things were to go wrong again and what the best maintenance approach is.
