I had an electrical fault occur in my property, which lead to a power cut to the lighting within my hallway and another room. David and his team did everything they can to visit, find the issue and fix the problem before Christmas. Unlucky for me I missed the one phone call from David where he had an opening to visit me. First day back to work in the New Year, David phoned to follow up and arranged for a visit the next day.
