    Lee came to replace our failing boiler with a vaillant boiler. He originally was helping us decide about ASHP but due to our property restrictions this wasn't feasible. He was very helpful, and courteous. Worked around us and the cats as best as possible. Couldn't be happier with the service.

    GloHeating have serviced my boiler for the 5th year. Always dependable, giving reminder of date to get service and excellent new on-line diary timetable which gives flexibility on when to book an appointment. I would highly recommend Lee to anyone looking for a friendly, competent and flexible gas engineer.

    Boiler stopped working and displayed error msg. Contacted Lee (he does the annual service) and described error. Fortunately he was close by, and was able to come within about 30 mins. Fault diagnosed as blocked condensate trap. Emptied and cleaned thoroughly, replaced, and boiler fired up OK. An extra couple of checks will be added to next annual service. Excellent service by Lee
