    Fortnightly Garden Maintenance

    We hired Harry to tidy our garden every two weeks. We found him very unreliable - missing weeks or coming on the wrong day (and not responding to messages). This came to a head when he arrived on the wrong day and we had the builders in - so had to ask him to come back another time. He then missed the next two visits. When I contacted him he was very confrontational – blaming us for prioritising the building work over him. I attempted to smooth things over and he agreed to pick up the visits again from the next week. He did not turn up – very disappointed with his lack of professionalism.

    I’m sorry this has happened. Like we discussed on the phone as when I did try to come the week after you did cancel again and then yes I admit I was very busy and missed the times and complexly forgot to reply to your messages which I am very sorry for But what I’m willing to do if you wanting me back is I will give a free tidy up for an apology if your happy for me to do so. I hope we can resolve this happy to give me a call if you feel like you want to and I can sort a day out before Christmas to get the garden tidy. Like I say I am sorry and hope we can resolve this
