Very impressed as they notified me of time of arrival. Engineer a very nice man. Job done quickly and efficiently. Would highly recommend company.

Do not touch this company. Lack of customer service, no responsibility or care taken with each job. Personnel are unresponsive un helpful and take no responsibility. Customer care is non existent. Avoid Avoid Avoid

Do Not use this company for repairs they have no knowledge of the brands and Fault codes so just guess then take you initial fee when they say they can't fix it, the customer service is not gereat either

Would be 0 stars. Came and prodded my washing machine with a light up pen said it could be this or it could be that and it would be cheaper to buy a new machine - loads of promises about price match etc and that quickly changed. One of the cheaper repairs companies around for a reason. Service is diabolical, the customer service change their story to fit their own narrative and out right lie to you. Do yourself a favour, pay extra and go elsewhere otherwise you will be scammed and out of pocket.

Paid over £600 and repair failed. Company became defensive and instead of working with me, chose to quote percentages, terms and conditions, and diagnose issues via email. Very poor and shoddy cowboy approach. Do not use - avoid!

They booked a wine cooler repair with no contact to talk about the problem. Repairer did nothing and said coolers are rarely repairable. Charged £99 for call out. Complete waste of money
