After a number of adjustments the French doors were closing effortlessly …amazing. James then spent a further 10 mins to fix the rear door brilliant . James makes the effort to explain his process including what actions he would take should the issue return in the future . James is very professional and provides honest and sincere advice . I have nearly 40 years of experience in the construction and fenestration industries. My last job was as a site manager for commercial door and window maintenance company which specialised in bespoke repairs and new fit for mainly high class hotel chains.
As such my work standards are very high, having to be reliable, punctual, quick, clean and very thorough to allow quick turnover of guest rooms for our clients.
I am fully insured, my work has a 1 year labour guaranty.
My lead times at present are about 2 weeks from acceptance of quotation depending on materials required.
