Very pleasant young man. Arrived as booked and repaired faulty gas fire. Explained that I needed to replace an item on the fire. Gave me details of the part that I need to replace and where to look for replacement. Cleaned and tidied up after finishing job.

Adam told me exactly what he was going to do when he quoted for the job. On the day he turned bang on time and got on with the work straightaway. Excellent job, very neat and tidy work. Old boiler and rubbish all removed. Told me how to work the boiler and answered my questions. I’ll be booking Adam in for the annual service - thoroughly recommended.
