Great experience - fast and very professional

The company was quick to make contact and very professional explaining what the charge was including VAT what to expect and sent a quote all within 24hrs very friendly and helpful talked me through the report too.

Excellent work. Very professional and well explained, with an extra on how to remediate issues found during the inspection and possibilities to do so through them.

Kalv was a pleasure to deal with when I booked the work. On the day I was kept up to date about what time the engineers were likely to arrive, including a phone call when they were half an hour away. Lucio and Harvin were polite, friendly and professional throughout the visit. They kept me in the loop about how they were getting on, let me know when they hit a few problems, and kept me informed while they solved them. I'm a very happy customer, would have no problem recommending Glowbolt, and intend to give them a call the next time I need any electrical work doing.

Glowbolt were prompt both in carrying out the EICR and in reporting back to me, very friendly and willing to go the extra mile to provide a great service
