Making safe the electrical cabling for some ceiling and wall lights be decommissioned
My experience was entirely satisfied. My original job was fault finding a shorting light circuit. From the pictures I supplied alone Grant called me and told me the easy fix on the call saying no charge was needed. As a note other companies responding to the job did not offer the same solution. I then contacted the company to make safe some electrical cabling from some decommissioned ceiling and wall lights. Excellent work with vulnerable elderly parents
Grant and his team have been exceptional. From attending within an hour of first contact to assess the situation, to having completed multiple works in a timely and decent manner. My elderly vulnerable parents were dealt with calmly and professionally (even when my dad was being cantankerous!). Messages were always replied to swiftly (even first thing Sunday morning...) and in a way that can be understood by both professionals (AO delivery installers) and laypersons (me, not an electrician).
