Daniel was very quick to respond to original request, timely estimate of work and his colleagues Neil and Rory were on time, friendly, very tidy and took great care in their work and also how they moved their items around the house which was a real appreciation. They kept to social distancing also without asking. The work was carried out professionally, without any disturbance to us during the day and cleaned up after them. The replacement was not entirely straight forward as the pendant was slightly bigger than the ceiling rose but Dan came up with a quick and satisfactory solution. Start to finish he was polite and professional and even though it was a simple job, it was a good experience and we will definitely keep him in mind for future, bigger jobs.

Everything about this company is professional. I was provided a detailed explanation of the work that would be carried out before they arrived on site, I received a message the day before and one when they were on their way to the site. When the engineers arrived, they were polite, professional and COVID-safe. I was told exactly what was going to happen and informed of any planned electricity outages. I will definitely use them for electrical work in the future.
