We had a refurb completed, knocking 2 rooms into one open plan living room area and new patio doors replacing an old bay window. The natural light we benefit from is amazing. The work carried out was first class and little disruption to our family life. The final decoration and new fittings added to the finish, our 2 former reception rooms are unrecognisable and feels like a whole new modernised house. Well done to Gavin and his team, who eased our concerns and finished the work to a high standard.

Trying to find reliable builders, then comparing different quotations and estimates can be a daunting experience. With G M Bailey & Sons Ltd I got lucky! I used Checkatrade's find a tradesman feature and Gavin was one of the first handful to contact me. Gavin's no nonsense style, straight talking and sensible pricing won me over. I gave him the architect plans, we discussed some modifications and him and his team just got on with it. Great communication, hard working, pleasant to deal with and a great job done. True professionals. I'd wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone.
