Gordon was prompt, rang when he said, friendly, tidy and very helpful regarding an extra boiler issue I asked about. Would not hesitate to use again. So hard to find a reliable tradesman who does what they say they will thesedays.

Combi boiler stopped working leaving me without heating and hot water . Rang Gordon who was such a polite man. He couldn’t attend for a week as he was fully booked, however he took time to give me advise on possible causes which led me to solve the issue.

Contacted Gordon for a quote, he came and assessed the work required and provided us with options and a clear explanation of what was required to complete the work. Quote provided on same day and a start date agreed- we were contacted a few days prior to start of work to confirm. Arrived on time every day and completed a full days work. Due to issues caused by previous workmen Gordon had to resolve a number of problems, we were kept fully informed throughout and price quoted remained the same. We are delighted with the work completed and would highly recommend 1st Class service throughout.
