From the start there was quick communication and the same day I had Giako out and gave a quote. We arranged for him and his team to come out 5 days later to do the work. They were quick, tidy & professional. I'm really happy with the work (Thank you very much to the 3 of you's).

Giako is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. His quote included all materials necessary to provide a long term protection for the exterior wood and he and his team completed the work in three days. We would be happy to ask him to return to do other decorating jobs.

We have just recently had our home renovated from top to bottom. GM Build and Design have just completed the decorating of it. They are a family unit who completed a full house decoration in 4 days They are a very proffesional company, they arrived when they said they would and wow what a job they did, more so with the painting of our stairway. Highly recommended.

What a delight to deal with a company that does what it promises: Contact them for a quote - they respond same day. Arrange to come out to view the job - arrive on time when they say they will. Agree a price and a start date - they arrive on time as promised to start the work. Complete work in time scale as agreed - do a very professional high spec job and clean up after work is complete. I would have no hesitation having them to carry out further work for me in the future.

Very pleased with Giako and his team, they took over my house that I bought in November last year, they did a great job starting from the beginning of the house to the full entire house, they took all the work out from taking all the full house wall paper and skimming all the walls , new floor laminate and full painting and ext , so happy for doing all work in the period of time they give me from the start and very good price , 100% recommended
