I contacted Dave at GM Builders to enquire about whether he could build a new step as the original was not functional. Dave attended the house, suggested design ideas, provided a plan and sample of the sandstone. Dave was friendly, professional, tidy and punctual. The step looks great. We have had a number of compliments about the look of the step and the use of sandstone tiles. I would not hesitate to recommend Dave for future work. I have already provided his details to friends who require building work.

Some parts did not need pointing the parts that did they made a great job

Work was done quickly, efficiently and to an excellent standard. I trusted Kev, he was honest and upfront, kept us informed about everything he was thinking and gave us options and suggestions when it came to solutions for issues. He included us in decisions and always kept us up to speed who h was hugely appreciated as sometimes tradies can make decisions without you at a cost! There was no mess left, all the work done was high quality and really reasonably priced when compared to other quotes. Friendly, approachable and reliable. Will definitely use again, highly recommend!

These lads came highly recommended and didn't let me down. All work was done on time and to an excellent standard. All lads were very polite and understanding of my needs as well as the neighbours. Matt and kev particularly went out of there way to make sure I was happy with the work they were doing. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Absolutely brilliant work, my wife and I are really happy with it. No issues sorting out the dates of work and it was finished for the agreed price in the time allocated. Very good craftsmanship and he was very tidy. Highly recommend using this tradesman.
